If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you can return it, including bracelets, tokens, patches, pins and chevrons, within 14 days of receiving your order.
To return your merchandise, please make sure it is in new condition, with no signs of use or damage. The original packaging and all accompanying accessories must be retained.
To initiate the return process, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. After receiving your request, we will provide detailed information on how to proceed. The return of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer, unless the goods were received with a defect or error.
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse to return an item if it does not meet the above conditions.
